Follow my game on fm2009

Whilst we await news on football manager 2010, you can check out my blog on fm2009 here. I'm currently managing Carlisle.

I started off with Stoke City in the premier league, but I got releagated in my first season! However, the board kept faith in me and I managed them in the Championship, aiming for automatic promotion. The season started well enough, but gradually I faultered and at January I was just outside the playoffs. This was not good enough and I got sacked.

I then applied for the Notts. County job where I was successful in getting the job. They were facing relegation to the Blue Square Premier, several point adrift and with no transfer budget available. However, I keeped them up, signing several good free transfers in the process.

The second season with County, saw promotion from League 2! The first season in League 1 saw mid-table for County, when Carlisle came knocking for me. At the time, they were below Notts. County in League 1, but I thought I'd taken County all that I could, so I accepted Carlisle's job offer!
